Role Description
This is a Full-Time Contractual (FTC) position.
Key Responsibilities
Structural Steel Modelling & Detailing
- Create precise 2D/3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures, SDS/2, or AutoCAD.
- Prepare accurate shop drawings and GA drawings for:
- Main frames, columns, rafters, bracings
- Secondary members such as purlins, girts, eave struts
- Connections and anchor bolt plans
- Sheeting profiles, trims, and flashing components

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.
Sheeting, Flashing & Accessory Detailing
- Prepare complete roof and wall sheeting layouts and development drawings.
- Develop flashing details including ridge caps, corner trims, fascia, gutters, and downspouts.
- Coordinate with architects/clients for interface detailing.
- Integrate accessories such as skylights, ventilators, and louvers accurately.
Checking & Coordination
- Review detailing packages from internal teams or external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to:

- Detailing Requisition (DR) documents
- GA drawings, design intent, and mark plans
- Company standards and project specifications
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and erection teams to resolve technical queries.
Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in PEB/metal building detailing.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures / AutoCAD / SDS/2.
- Strong knowledge of steel building components, AISC/IS codes, and fabrication practices.
- Mandatory experience in sheeting, flashing, and accessory detailing.
- Experience in checking and vendor coordination is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage work within tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with cold-formed steel and modular steel buildings.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM linking and RFI tracking.
- Exposure to India / US / Middle East standards is an added advantage.

- Collaborate with staff to serve meals on time.
Requirements:
- Experience in Indian/continental cooking (as applicable).
- Ability to handle kitchen operations independently.
Mesh Worker
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, cut, and assemble steel mesh components.
- Assist with bending, tying, welding, or fixing mesh as per project needs.
- Work closely with site engineers or supervisors to meet detailing requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in mesh fabrication or reinforcement work.
- Knowledge of basic tools and safety procedures.
